[fix] update_currencies.py: github CI has longer timeouts

Github action Update data - update_currencies [1]:

    ./manage pyenv.cmd python ./searxng_extra/update/update_currencies.py

fails with ``httpcore.ReadTimeout`` / the default timeout is 3sec.
